This terms of use applies to the Yard Tracker marketing site and private beta operated by Yard Tracker LLC. Contact us at support@yardtrackerapp.com.
Private Beta Access
Yard Tracker is currently offered through a restricted private beta. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Accounts are provisioned by Yard Tracker LLC or an authorized administrator; there is no public self-service owner registration.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, probe security controls, upload unlawful content, or use Yard Tracker in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
Operational Responsibility
Yard Tracker supports inventory visibility and workflow coordination. It does not replace qualified judgment, lift planning, safety procedures, equipment inspections, engineering decisions, or legally required records. Users remain responsible for safe operations and verification of field information.
OCR And Offline Features
OCR-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Queued OCR captures depend on later submission and should not be treated as confirmed across devices until connectivity returns and the request completes.
Intellectual Property
The Yard Tracker site, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Yard Tracker LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited access expressly provided.
Beta Availability And Disclaimer
Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the site and beta service are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular operational purpose.
