Stop searching rows for the right piece

Paper lists and radio calls fall behind as finished pieces move between curing, storage, staging, and loadout. Yard Tracker keeps location, status, photos, and documentation attached to the asset record.

From cast record to truck staging

Office teams assign moves and see the current yard picture. Crews place precise pins, confirm handling work, and attach photos while OCR-assisted form captures can queue through brief coverage gaps.

Questions Before The First Shift

What works without internet service?

OCR-assisted form captures can remain in a local device queue when connectivity drops. Other live yard updates require a connection.

Do we need RFID tags, scanners, gates, or beacons?

No. Yard Tracker is a hardware-zero system built around the office browser and the phones your crew already uses.

What happens when a phone reconnects?

Pending OCR-assisted captures can be submitted after connectivity returns. The app keeps the worker informed about queued capture status.

Can workers use their existing phones?

Yes. The mobile app is designed for current smartphones, high-contrast field use, bright conditions, and gloved-work realities.

How are owner and worker accounts secured?

Owners must be provisioned by an administrator and sign in with credentials. Workers receive individual, revocable seat keys rather than a shared team code.

Can we attach photos and blueprint drawings?

Yes. Crews can attach field photos and upload or view blueprint documents alongside the material record.

How does mobile form auto-fill work?

A worker photographs a supported form, reviews the text detected by OCR, and confirms editable asset details before saving. OCR assists entry; the worker remains in control of the final record.

Can anyone register for an account?

No. Yard Tracker is in a restricted private beta. Requests are reviewed directly, and owner access is provisioned rather than created through public self-service registration.
